Schedule:

Regular shifts: Tuesday (cleaning and receiving/inventory), Wednesday (prep) and Thursday-Sunday (food service) Must have weekday and weekend availability; schedule includes nights and weekends Must be 18+ (legal working age required)

About Us:

We run a wood-fired pizza truck serving high-quality, made-to-order pizzas. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to help run service, manage inventory, and keep the truck clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas on a wood-fired oven during service shifts (Thu-Sun) Take and fulfill customer orders; operate POS and cash handling Receive deliveries and verify ingredient counts every Tuesday Track inventory levels, note shortages, and assist with ordering Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, and truck interior/exterior Maintain food safety and sanitation standards (daily cleaning checklists) Assist with prep work (sauces, toppings, dough handling) as needed Help load/unload supplies and set up/tear down truck for service Communicate clearly with manager/team about stock, issues, and service flow

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ and able to work Tue and Thu-Sun (flexible shift times) Prior experience in a food truck, pizzeria, or high-volume fast-casual kitchen preferred Experience with wood-fired ovens or willingness to be trained Strong attention to detail for inventory tracking and receiving Basic math and POS/cash-handling skills Food safety certification (ServSafe or local equivalent) preferred or willing to obtain Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift 40+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a hot environment Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented
