Duties Assist in food preparation, including food handling, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, braising pans, poaching stations, knives, and other culinary tools Follow food safety and sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with meal assembly for various service periods Contribute to high-volume food production while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines Help maintain inventory levels by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs Participate in food safety management practices, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols Requirements Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal prep Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-volume production demands Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards for hygiene and safety Restaurant or catering experience is a plus; a passion for culinary arts is essential Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately Join us as a Back of House Team Member and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through skillful food preparation and unwavering commitment to quality!
