Work Out West is looking for the right personality to join our front desk team and grow into an Evening Shift Leader role. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to sit behind a desk. We want someone who is outgoing, confident, friendly, energetic and comfortable talking to people all day long. If you naturally greet people, remember names, make conversation and enjoy creating a great atmosphere, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION DIFFERENT?

You will initially start as a Front Desk Team Member so you can learn our facility, our members and our expectations while demonstrating your customer service, reliability and leadership skills. From there, the goal is to develop the right person into an Evening Shift Leader.

IS PART OF THE JOB

Keeping Work Out West clean is a major part of the experience we provide our members. If you are not willing to clean, organize, wipe down equipment, pick things up and help maintain a first-class facility, this position is not for you. Everyone on our team contributes to keeping the gym looking its best.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Evening availability is required. Weekend availability is required. Please do not apply if evenings or weekends are going to be an ongoing scheduling issue.
