EXPERIENCED MOVERS ONLY.

We are not currently hiring any helper positions, only Lead Mover roles are available. We're looking for an experienced Lead Mover with at least 3-4 years of professional moving experience and has the knowledge to drive 16-foot to 26-foot trucks, pack/load trucks, and furniture disassembly/reassembly. Our leads our the quarterbacks on the job, and these are the guys that we keep busy when things slow down. The right person is responsible, reliable, and a true team player who already knows how to run a clean, professional move, take ownership of the job site, and work alongside the crew while representing the company well. Responsibilities Drive trucks ranging from 16-foot to 26-foot truck on a daily basis. Properly pack/load a moving truck. Knowledge of how to appropriately prepare furniture (doing it yourself as well identifying if your helpers have wrapped things correctly before it is loaded into the truck) Keeping a good attitude and staying customer-friendly. Can work well with other movers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, and will help their team members strive for the same. We are not looking for someone to be friends with everyone, but we expect everyone to get co-exist peacefully. On-time ALWAYS. Representing Homegrown Moving to the best of your ability at all times. If we grow, you grow, it's simple. Familiarity with all moving "lingo" and wordage. We sell ourselves as the moving experts, so we need someone who understands our industry.

Pay:

$25.00 - $300.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
