Job Description
Crew Lead / Tree Climber COVA Tree is looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Tree Climber to join our team. This role involves performing tree pruning and removals while leading a crew and maintaining a safe, efficient job site. Responsibilities Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals using proper rigging techniques Lead and support crew members on daily job sites Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed Operate tree care equipment such as chainsaws and chippers Complete scheduled work orders efficiently Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure properties are left in excellent condition Qualifications Experience with tree climbing and pruning/removal work Knowledge of safe rigging and tree care practices Strong work ethic and ability to lead a crew Commitment to safety and teamwork Compensation Competitive hourly pay Tips when applicable At COVA Tree, we work to strengthen the relationship between people and their trees through safe, professional tree care
