Colorado Bagel Company has been a Steamboat Springs favorite for over 33 years. We run two spots in town: our original grab-and-go Mountainside Sandwich Shop near the ski resort, and our Market & Deli on the west side — a bigger, locals-loved space with a full menu, indoor and outdoor seating, and beer & wine. We're a family-run business that cares about great food, regulars who feel like friends, and a crew that actually likes coming to work. If you love good food, great service, and making people's day better, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do Greet every customer with a smile, take orders, and run the register accurately Build bagel sandwiches, breakfast items, and deli sandwiches fresh to order Keep your station, the counter and front area clean, stocked, and welcoming Move quickly and stay friendly through a busy morning rush Handle cash and card payments and help close out at the end of a shift Jump in wherever the team needs a hand Who we are looking for: A warm, upbeat personality and genuine friendliness with customers A hard-working, reliable attitude — you show up on time and ready to go Quick hands and a cool head during a rush Care for accuracy and cleanliness Comfortable standing for your shift and lifting up to 30 lbs Cash-handling, register, or food-service experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person Why work with us Competitive Wage + tips •Shift meal and drink on us•— enjoy our food and beverages while you work Great schedule — Enjoy Steamboat every day!
