  • A typical shift includes: Clocking in, getting set up at your station, and serving guests quickly with a friendly attitude Making drinks and food, working the register, and keeping orders accurate during busy rushes Restocking, cleaning as you go, and following food safety standards throughout your shift What you'll need: Ability to count money and make correct change Comfortable operating restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply) Authorized to work in the United States Guest Focus — anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to meet them Drive for Results — set ambitious goals and follow through on commitments Problem Solving and Decision Making — use sound judgment, analysis, and experience to make good decisions
