Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications with speed and accuracy Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and food prep areas Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to ensure quality and safety Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Support retail sales transactions by assisting customers with their orders and answering product inquiries Ensure the workspace remains organized, stocked with necessary supplies, and adheres to sanitation protocols at all times Lifting and keeping stock. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing change accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace throughout shifts Training will be provided.
