Front of House Team Member Position Summary We're looking for a friendly, dependable Front of House Team Member to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment guests walk in until they leave. This is a hands-on, all-around role: you'll greet and seat guests, guide them through our iPad ordering system, deliver food, process payments, and reset tables. If you like staying busy, working with people, and keeping things running cleanly, this is a great fit. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly Introduce guests to the iPad menu and assist with placing orders as needed Run food and drinks from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and efficiently Check guests out and process payments at the end of their meal Clear, clean, and reset tables for the next guests Maintain a tidy, sanitary dining area throughout the shift Communicate with kitchen staff to keep service moving smoothly Answer guest questions and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude Requirements English proficiency required Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred Friendly, professional, guest-focused demeanor Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods Reliable and punctual Comfortable using tablets/iPads and a point-of-sale (POS) system No prior experience required — we'll train the right person

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
