Overview Pizza House in New Haven is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking team member to join our staff. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is comfortable helping with both customers and food preparation.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and accurately taking customer orders Taking orders at the front counter Providing friendly and professional customer service Making salads and assisting with basic food preparation Packing and organizing takeout and delivery orders Restocking ingredients, containers, and supplies Keeping the counter and food preparation areas clean and organized Helping the team during busy lunch and dinner periods Performing other general restaurant duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers Able to accurately take phone and counter orders Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and help wherever needed Restaurant or pizza shop experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Must be able to work well as part of a team

Schedule:

Day, evening, and weekend availability is preferred. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
