The Opportunity As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Ben & Jerry's for our guests—scooping ice cream, creating memorable experiences, and helping keep the shop running smoothly during busy shifts. What You'll Do Provide fast, friendly, and upbeat service that makes every guest feel welcome and taken care of. Scoop and serve Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats with accuracy, speed, and care. Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and follow shop procedures. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized, including counters, seating areas, and back-of-house. Work closely with your teammates to handle rushes, maintain high energy, and meet shop standards. What Success Looks Like Guests consistently leave happy, with positive feedback about their experience and your service. You quickly learn our menu, systems, and standards and can handle busy periods with confidence. The shop stays clean, well-stocked, and welcoming throughout your shifts. You become a reliable team member who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and supports others. What We're Looking For A positive attitude, strong people skills, and genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers. Reliability and punctuality—you show up ready to work and support your team. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, on your feet, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability, including some days, nights, weekends, and holidays, plus a team-first mindset.
