Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food service, customer interaction, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting in food prep when needed. Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food delivery, order assembly, or other tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications like giving change or totaling sales.
