Junk Removal Team Member / General Laborer Description Join the junk removal team at Just Dump It, LLC to provide safe, efficient, and friendly junk removal services for our residential and commercial customers. You will load, transport, sort, donate, recycle, and responsibly dispose of unwanted items while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clean, organized trucks and equipment. We are a locally-owned, family run company that strives to provide an exceptional experience to all our customers from the moment they pick up the phone to book their appointment -all the way to the end after we've left with their unwanted items. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items Provide courteous, professional service in customers' homes and businesses Sort items for donation, recycling, or proper disposal Assist with navigation, job-site safety, and truck upkeep Work efficiently with teammates and follow company procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Consistent on-time arrival and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities. Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and work in varied conditions Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical work Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all dealings Previous moving, delivery, general labor, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass required background or driving-record checks Benefits Competitive base pay + tips + performance bonuses Flexible schedule - part time or full time work available Room to grow - you do not have to have truck driving experience, but any advancement or promotions require the willingness to learn how to drive a truck and lead a team This is a Non-Exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
