Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders accurately and offering suggestions for upselling additional items or upgrades Operate POS systems such as toast to process transactions efficiently while handling cash and card payments securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations Manage food inventory levels, restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with food handling tasks including slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables, and packaging products for takeout or dine-in orders Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
