What You'll Do Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and other treats with consistent quality and presentation. Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service that keeps guests coming back. Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and tips accurately, and process transactions efficiently. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized, from the front counter to the back of house. Work as part of a high-energy team to keep service smooth during busy shifts while following all food safety and company standards. What Success Looks Like Within your first few weeks, you confidently scoop, ring up orders, and handle rush periods with a smile. Customers regularly leave happy, feel welcomed, and often compliment the service you and the team provide. You consistently follow cleanliness and food safety procedures, keeping the shop looking and feeling great. Your teammates and supervisors see you as reliable, punctual, and someone who helps keep the energy positive on every shift. What We're Looking For A positive attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine desire to make customers smile. Reliability and punctuality—you show up on time, ready to work, and ready to help the team. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a team-first mindset (interest in leadership is a plus, but not required).
