Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining area, and food prep stations, adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following food safety management practices. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Assist with food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple tasks such as serving, cashiering, and food prep seamlessly. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining food safety standards. Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities during busy periods.
