Duties Greet customers warmly as they approach the front counter, creating a welcoming environment. Accurately take customer orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct. Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and handle cash register operations efficiently and responsibly. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage food service customer orders from input to delivery, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing counters, utensils, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely when necessary and assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards. Support the team by managing multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills in a quick service environment. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred, BUT not needed, willing to train. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations effectively. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. 2 shifts available, both Part time, Minimum wage plus tips. 1st shift 11am-4pm Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri. 2ND shift available Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun 4pm-8pm.
