Internal applicants only Rigor and Purpose Team Staff will support ongoing work and collaborate with high school and district staff as well as the Portrait of a Graduate Team on the implementation of rigorous academic standards, purposeful learning experiences, and comprehensive student engagement strategies. 12 staff members from the high school level will be compensated with a $2500 stipend to be part of the work developing and implementing rigorous academic frameworks and purpose-driven educational initiatives.
Requirements:
Work to implement rigorous academic standards and purpose-driven learning initiatives, including assessment mechanisms and progress tracking systems Comply with all requirements of the Barr grant under which this position is funded. Attend meetings (or prepare materials for use before or after meetings if there is a schedule conflict); this will happen in a combination of in-person and virtual environments for the foreseeable future. Be comfortable presenting to colleagues, students, and/or families. Solicit feedback from colleagues and community members so they are also included in the process. The Barr Foundation Grant provides stipends for Working Team members of $2500 for school year 2026-2027. Apply Now
