Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dunkin Donuts Crew Member and become the heartbeat of our quick service restaurant! Duties Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and friendly service Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining high levels of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks to support efficient restaurant operations Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
