Job Description

As the Building Services Coordinator, you are responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. As a leader, you are responsible for ensuring delivery of industry-leading services and maintaining high quality standards. Education :
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Years of Experience:
1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance
Physical Demands :
Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
