At Homespun Kitchen we serve delicious, healthy food, fast, with amazing hospitality. As a Crew Member, you are a critical face of our restaurant, interacting with customers, making food, keeping the restaurant clean and having fun while doing it. You do not need prior restaurant experience for this position but you do need a great attitude and a desire to learn!

TOTAL COMPENSATION

$17.50 to $19.50 an hour Starting

BASE PAY

for Crew Members ranges from $14 to $16 an hour based on experience. All Crew Members participate in Homespun Kitchen's

TIP POOL

which has exceeded $3.50 per hour for the last three years. Hourly rates for Crew Members including tips range between $17.50 and $19.50 an hour.

JOB DUTIES

Running the cash register Making food and beverages for customers Prepping Stocking Expediting orders Cleaning Baking Putting smiles on customer's faces

SUCCESSFUL CREW MEMBERS

Are outgoing and friendly, take pride in hard work, are eager to learn new things, take guidance and constructive feedback well, enjoy putting smiles on people's faces, work well under pressure, enjoy teamwork, and have good communication skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

No prior restaurant experience is required to join Homespun as a Crew Member.
