We are growing quickly and need strong, reliable team members to help deliver fun across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Position Overview We are looking for energetic and dependable Celebration Crew Members to join our team! You'll work alongside a Crew Manager to deliver, set up, and break down inflatables for events. No experience is required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle physical work. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading trucks/trailers. Help set up and secure bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses. Ensure safety standards are followed during setup and breakdown. Provide professional, friendly service to customers. Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment. Requirements Must be able to lift 75+ lbs (equipment and blowers). Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (hours vary). Occasional weekday help may be needed depending on bookings. Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse. Team player with a strong work ethic.
