We are seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area Support upselling efforts to enhance sales and improve guest experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations Support kitchen operations including basic food prep and sanitation tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, café, or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen tasks is desirable Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and restaurant operations Join our team where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
