Create meaningful customer interactions and identify their wireless needs. Explain AT&T plans, devices, products, and promotions in a clear and engaging way. Use proven sales techniques to confidently present AT&T products and services. Guide customers through purchases, activations, and enrollment processes. Deliver exceptional customer service from the first conversation through the completion of the sale. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and account information. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community. Follow company and AT&T guidelines for sales, customer service, and enrollment procedures. Consistently represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
