Hospitality Associate / F&B Associate Serves & Thirds | The Fort — Fort Lauderdale, FL We're looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic Hospitality Associate who loves people and takes pride in delivering the highest level of service. You'll be the face of our courtside F&B outlet—serving members and guests everything from crafted cocktails and local beers to fresh fruit smoothies and lattes. Pay is hourly plus tips. What you'll do Greet every member and guest with genuine warmth and energy Take orders and prepare drinks: cocktails, beer, wine, coffee/lattes, and fresh fruit smoothies Process food orders and keep service moving during busy play and event periods Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area Create a welcoming atmosphere that matches The Fort's standard of hospitality What we're looking for Must be able to genuinely "care" and nice to everyone Outgoing, high-energy personality with a true hospitality mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior bar, barista, or F&B experience preferred (we'll train the right person) Reliable, team-oriented, and available nights, weekends, and events What we offer Competitive hourly pay + tips.
