Job is hourly pay, plus tips Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using Toast POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies. Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service, or a retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory counts. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; training will be provided if needed. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and bussing tables.
