Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused crew members to join our team for all-day charter and sunset cruises. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment aboard our vessels. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the waters ports and food/beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Future crew must be comfortable with physical labor, high volume guest interaction, working outside in various conditions.
