Duties Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, portioning, and food safety compliance Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within quick service or fast food restaurants Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant or café experience is advantageous; experience in retail or grocery stores is also relevant Reliable team player with a strong work ethic eager to contribute to team success Join us today and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
