A TEAM MEMBER
ensures customer's initial impressions with Fun Depot are positive and welcoming by delivering excellent customer service throughout Fun Depot. They are the core operations providers in the entertainment aspect of the facility including roles of customer service, ride attendants, and party hosts.YOU WILL BE GREAT FOR THIS POSITION IF

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Counter/Customer Service:
Greet customers entering and leaving the facility, sell play cards and attractions tickets, accurately process all cash and credit payments, help customers redeem prizes, accurately answer all customer questions in facility and on phone, book and check in parties. Manage flow from the front doors, efficiently helping customers with needs and directing as needed.- Go Kart attendants: Scan play cards/wristbands, instruct customers regarding rules and safety, seat customers and ensure safety during ride
- Laser Tag attendants: Scan play cards/wristbands regarding rules and safety, organize and oversee game play
Party Hosts:
lead and facilitate birthday parties, ensure food orders are delivered on time, serve food and cake to participants, clean up and setup for parties, explain and demonstrate game cards/wristbands/games and activities to party participants- Deliver an excellent customer service experience through a positive attitude and effective communication
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE
Basic mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Ability to multi-task We have flexible hours but do require weekend availability.- You must complete skills tests on Indeed to be considered, Must be 18+
