Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Team Member to join our BBQ restaurant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both in the kitchen and with customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food and ingredients following recipes and food safety standardsSlice and portion BBQ meats for serviceServe sides and assist customers on the service lineOperate the cash register and handle payments accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAssist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsStrong work ethic and attention to detailFriendly, team-oriented attitude with good customer service skills
