Job Description

We are now hiring an AT&T Crew Member to join our customer care team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences, every time. This AT&T Crew Member position is for individuals who find deep purpose in being the calm, knowledgeable voice that resolves concerns and delivers real results. As an AT&T Crew Member, you will serve as the foundational voice of trust and clarity for our AT&T clientele. The AT&T Crew Member's profound ability to translate complex service details into understandable solutions will empower customers to fully embrace their connected lifestyle, allowing customers to confidently navigate their options. Core Functions of the
AT&T Crew Member:
Assist customers in navigating AT&T's products and services, offering clear guidance on wireless plans, high-speed internet options, and streaming packages tailored to their needs. Handle service activations, plan upgrades, and troubleshooting by verifying eligibility, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating transitions. Address customer concerns with professionalism, escalating complex technical or billing issues when necessary while maintaining full ownership of the resolution process. Update CRM systems with detailed records of customer interactions, service milestones, and account changes to support campaign tracking and retention efforts. Provide education on product features, device compatibility, and promotional offers to enhance customer understanding and uncover upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer insights and engagement trends to refine outreach strategies and improve service delivery across active campaigns. Education & Experience Needed for the
AT&T Crew Member:
Experience in customer support, telecom services, or account management - ideally in high-volume, goal-oriented environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions across structured outreach channels. Skilled in CRM platforms and digital tools, with a proven track record of managing customer data, tracking service milestones, and coordinating workflow tasks with accuracy.

$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
