Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front of House Team Member to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service while managing reservations, processing transactions, and supporting the overall flow of the salon and spa. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience from check-in to departure. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a positive first impression Manage reservations and appointments using Meevo software Upsell services, products, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the reception area, retail displays, and common spaces Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus, but not required.
