Job Summary Baker and Barista is looking for a customer-focused Café Team Member to support coffee service, customer orders, baked-goods presentation, and daily café operations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Greet customers and provide friendly service. Take orders and process POS transactions accurately. Maintain clean and organized service areas. Keep baked goods properly displayed and stocked. Answer customer questions about menu items. Support the team during busy service periods. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Previous café, barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and cleanliness. Reliable and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds.
