Frontline Staff (Customer Service)

Restaurant Manager /
Shift Supervisor Shift Hours:
9:45 AM
  • 2:15 PM & 4:45PM
  • 9:15 PM (Employees must arrive 15 minutes early for preparation)
Job Summary:
Frontline staff are responsible for creating an excellent customer experience by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, supporting customers during their dining experience, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining and restroom areas. Employees must follow the Employee Code of Conduct and adhere to the principle: Honesty is the best policy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers warmly with a friendly smile.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Bring water, drinks, and food to customers.
  • Support customers during their meal (provide utensils, condiments, or any requested items).
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, restrooms, and entry areas.
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in setting up the dining area before opening and cleaning up after service.
  • Follow the Employee Code of Conduct and maintain honesty in all dealings.
Daily Workflow:

Pre-Shift Preparation:
  • Wash hands and wear proper uniform.
  • Check dining area and restrooms for cleanliness and restock supplies.
  • Ensure POS system and payment devices are ready.
During Service:
Welcome guests and escort them to tables. Provide menus and take orders accurately. Serve water, drinks, and food promptly. Attend to customer needs. Handle customer payments correctly and issue receipts. Monitor dining area for spills or issues. Always act honestly and ethically following the Code of Conduct. Post-Service /
End-of-Shift Duties:
Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and surfaces. Sweep and mop floors in dining and entry areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Dispose of trash and replace liners. Restock items for next shift. Ensure all equipment is stored properly.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina.
  • Friendly, positive, and patient attitude.
  • Attention to detail and hygiene.
  • Commitment to honesty and ethical behavior.
Performance Expectations:
  • Provide warm, attentive, and friendly service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow all restaurant policies and the principle: Honesty is the best policy.
  • Complete end-of-shift duties thoroughly.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
