Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate retail sales transactions and cash handling Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized counter area Handle cashier duties including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing receipts Support food industry operations by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining overall cleanliness Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service skills Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math proficiency for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus for understanding retail transactions and customer interactions This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in energetic settings, possess culinary experience or restaurant background, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
