We are passionate about flavor, creativity, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Bamwich Artist to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating our signature breakfast and lunch sandwiches, with a focus on preparing fresh egg patties daily and ensuring every Bamwich is made to perfection. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, positive, and has a talent for curating flavors that align with seasonal trends and specials.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh egg patties and other sandwich components daily.
• Assemble made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches with attention to detail and consistency.
• Interact positively with customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine seasonal Bamwiches and specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Uphold our high standards for food safety and quality. Some typical tasks for this role Early morning prep
• 5am if we have a catering.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Creative flair for developing and enhancing sandwich flavors.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and menu offerings.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
