Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a skilled deli meat cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great customer servive, experience in a restaurant, quick-service fast food restaurant, grocery store, or culinary environment.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter in a kitchen or retail setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for weighing and pricing meat products
- Strong understanding of food service standards and practices
