• Overview
• We are seeking a skilled deli meat cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great customer servive, experience in a restaurant, quick-service fast food restaurant, grocery store, or culinary environment.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter in a kitchen or retail setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
• Familiarity with retail math for weighing and pricing meat products
• Strong understanding of food service standards and practices
