Food Truck Team Member (Growth Opportunity) Breaking Bread BBQ is looking for someone who wants more than just another job. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who is willing to learn, grow, and become an important part of our team. Character, work ethic, and reliability matter more to us than food truck experience. About Us Breaking Bread BBQ is a mobile food truck serving festivals, corporate events, private catering, churches, schools, and community events throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is a mobile position. Team members typically report directly to event locations rather than a fixed workplace. What You'll Do Serve customers at events Prepare and package food Help with setup and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization Represent the business professionally Work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Reliable transportation Flexible availability Positive attitude Willingness to learn Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors What We Offer Typical pay of $75-$100 per event Most shifts are 2-3 hours Flexible scheduling Paid training Food provided during shifts Closed Sundays for Faith, Family, and Rest Opportunities to develop leadership and business skills Growth opportunities within the company Who This Position Is Great For This position is ideal for someone who wants to build valuable skills, take on increasing responsibility, and grow with a local business.
