In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, prepare food products, maintain cleanliness standards, and help ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Inform customers of current promotions, specials, and menu offerings. Answer customer questions regarding menu items and services. Accurately take and process customer orders. Repeat orders to customers to ensure accuracy. Process cash, debit, and credit transactions and provide accurate change when required. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints to management when necessary. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience. Thank customers for their business and encourage repeat visits. Food Preparation & Production Prepare ingredients and complete food preparation tasks as required. Prepare and cook crepes and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. Ensure orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and presented properly. Monitor food quality and maintain consistency in product preparation. Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized front-of-house and service area. Ensure dining areas are clean and inviting for guests. Clean and restock washrooms as needed. Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties. Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Health & Safety Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Comply with all health, sanitation, and food safety regulations at all times. Maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
