Deli / Food Service Associate — Part-Time Rogers Market Paleo Part-Time, Hourly Rogers Market is a family of convenience stores and fuel stations across Florida, known for fresh, made-in-house food and a team that takes pride in how the store looks and runs. We are looking for a Cold Case Associate to keep our refrigerated grab-and-go case stocked, fresh, and looking great for every guest who walks in. This is a hands-on, independent role with a clear standard: the case is full, everything in it is in date, and it looks good all day long. If you like keeping things organized and take satisfaction in a job well done, you will do well here. What You Will Do Stock, rotate, and face the cold case — sandwiches, wraps, salads, parfaits, fresh fruit, dairy, deli, and drinks. Date and label product correctly and rotate it so guests always get the freshest item. Check dates and quality through the shift, pull anything that does not meet our standard, and log it. Take and record case and cooler temperatures, and tell a manager right away if something is not right. Receive cold deliveries, check them in, and put them away promptly. Help the kitchen team with packaging and light prep when needed. Keep the case, cooler, and work areas clean and sanitized to food safety standards. Be friendly and helpful to guests at the case. What We Are Looking For Someone dependable who shows up on time and finishes what they start. At least 18 years of age. Food handler certification, or willingness to get one within your first 30 days — we will help. Comfortable working in refrigerated areas and lifting up to 50 pounds. Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Grocery, deli, kitchen, or convenience store experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. The Schedule This is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Food Service Manager and the General Manager. We post schedules in advance and offer flexibility within our store schedule for part-time team members.
