A Chick-fil-A Team Member is responsible for winning the hearts of our guests through consistent execution. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a smile, make eye contact, and provide friendly, attentive service. Take customer orders accurately at the front counter or drive-thru. Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble/serve orders quickly and correctly. Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, counter areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces while following health and sanitation guidelines. Anticipate guest needs, answer menu questions, handle special requests, and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously. Ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a positive experience and \second-mile\ service (going above and beyond). Support opening/closing procedures as needed and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Uphold Chick-fil-A's brand standards, core values, and operational policies for food safety, quality, and consistency. Typical Requirements & Qualifications Friendly, energetic, outgoing personality with a servant-hearted attitude and positive demeanor. No prior experience required — Chick-fil-A provides training Must be at least 16 years old Available to work a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and a minimum number of shifts Reliable transportation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (hot, noisy, standing for long periods).
