AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

Meet directly with customers and businesses to educate them on AT&T products and services Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to understand their needs Sell AT&T wireless plans, devices, and internet services Identify customer and business needs and recommend tailored solutions Present products and services confidently and professionally Close sales while creating a positive customer experience Stay informed on AT&T promotions, products, and services Work with team members to improve sales and customer service skills Develop leadership skills and take advantage of opportunities for career growth

AT&T Team Member Skills & Qualifications:
