Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere Manage payment transactions Engage customers and sell Rip Tide monthly memberships Follow car wash policies and procedures Ensure cleanliness of workstations, i.e. vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and product is stocked Be proficient in membership deals and promos Safely guide customers onto wash tunnel Ensure tunnel cleanliness

Qualities:

Must be 18 years or older Self-motivated Proactive team player Organization skills Must have reliable transportation Bilingual in Spanish a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time Willingness to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
