Position Overview The Installation Crew Member plays a key role in transforming empty living spaces into warm, inviting homes for our senior clients. This position is responsible for loading, transporting, assembling, and staging furniture and décor according to project plans and designer specifications. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining SeniorDecor's high standards for quality and service. Key Responsibilities Load, transport, and unload furniture and décor packages from the warehouse to installation sites. Assemble and place furniture according to layout plans provided by designers. Hang art, drapes, and other décor items to specification. Stage décor items to match the intended design vision. Handle and move items with care to avoid damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and vehicles. Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project deadlines. Represent SeniorDecor professionally with clients and senior living community staff. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift and move furniture and décor items (up to 75 lbs). Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work well in a team and take direction effectively.
