The Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You are the first smile, the warm welcome, and the reason someone leaves feeling better than when they walked in. We call it winning hearts every day, and we truly mean it.

Responsibilities:

Smile genuinely and often; Create and maintain eye contact with every guest; Speak enthusiastically and represent our culture in every interaction. Make meaningful emotional connections with guests; Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant; Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly, without sacrificing quality or accuracy; Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic; Work on your feet for extended periods of time; Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members at all times; Adhere to Chick-fil-A uniform and dress code standards at all times; and Other duties as assigned.
