This role focuses on guest assistance, order handling, food and beverage service, customer questions, cleanliness, and teamwork across the restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist guests with seating, dining-area needs, and general service requests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with preparing and serving Vietnamese-inspired dishes, pho, rice and noodle dishes, appetizers, and beverages. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and properly presented. Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously. Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and restaurant offerings. Provide helpful assistance with basic menu selections when requested. Assist with point-of-sale transactions and customer payments as needed. Respond to routine customer concerns professionally and communicate complex issues to supervisors. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables throughout service. Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, takeout containers, and other service supplies. Assist with preparing service stations and dining areas before and during shifts. Support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Communicate guest requests, service concerns, and supply needs to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Help maintain consistent food quality, presentation, order accuracy, and customer service standards. Perform other Vietnamese restaurant customer service and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous Vietnamese restaurant, restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn Vietnamese food service procedures and menu offerings.
