Job Summary Crab & Cluck is hiring a Restaurant Cashier / Front Counter Team Member for our fast-casual seafood and chicken restaurant in Decatur, GA. ⭐ Restaurant cashier or front counter experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, customer-focused, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate enjoys serving customers, communicates clearly, works efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant, and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Answer menu questions and recommend menu items, sauces, drinks, and promotions. Pack every order carefully and verify accuracy before handing it to the customer. Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions. Keep the front counter, dining area, drink station, and pickup area clean and organized. Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely orders. Assist with restocking, cleaning, and other front-of-house duties as needed. Preferred Experience ⭐ Applicants with restaurant cashier or front counter experience will be given priority.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience as a restaurant cashier or front counter team member. Experience using a restaurant POS system. Experience packing takeout orders accurately. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods. Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Pay:
