We seek a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Front Prep at Dairy Queen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a clean and organized front area.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.

Cash Handling:

Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling procedures.

Order Preparation:

Prepare and assemble food orders according to Dairy Queen's quality and presentation standards. Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

Front Area Maintenance:

Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized. Wipe down surfaces, replenish supplies, and maintain a visually appealing customer environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to expedite order preparation.

Compliance:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Types:
