REPORTS TO

The Team Member reports directly to the Team Leader or the Shift Leader. All possible hires are subject to background screening.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide quick, and friendly Member/Guest service. Oversees all aspects of site. Work hard, build relationships & provide positive communication among customers.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retain and create new Member/Guest relations. Must be proficient in all opening and closing tasks. Must be able to work weekends and/or weekdays Maintain site, grounds and facility. Must communicate openly with team leaders Attend all leadership meetings, fully engaged in discussion, and willing to immediately follow through on implementing new ideas with your team.
