Each employee has the opportunity to be promoted to management Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transactions Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash accurately, perform cash handling duties, and manage register operations with precision Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and inviting Follow food handling protocols to ensure proper sanitation and safety standards are met at all times Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area as needed to support smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards Ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on an exciting journey in the fast-paced world of food service!
